 A popular gospel musician from Kisii county Chris Embarambaba was dancing with a stripper in one of the entertainment joints in Nairobi. Here is the video 👇👇 

It is not clear the motive behind a gospel musician to go to a strippers club but #KOT fraternity is on his case.

JUSTICE MARTHA KOOME WILL BE SWORN IN ON 21ST MAY 2021

The new Hon. Chief Justice Martha Koome will be sworn on Friday 21st May 2021. This comes days after she was vetted by parliament and gazetted. 

She comes at a time when the judiciary and executive arm of the government are not in a good relationship since the nullification of the 2017 presidential elections and the recent constitution of Kenya amendment bill 2020 popularly known as BBI 

She promised to bring a good and relationship between the two arms of government once she becomes the chief justice. wishing the incoming CJ good luck in her endeavors. 

WAJIR GOVERNOR IMPEACHED.

 A few moments ago the governor for Wajir County has been removed from office by impeachment. The Kenyan Senate out of 11 petitions brought by Member of the County Assembly they only found him guilty of one allegation and it has sent the governor home. He has been impeached because of a violation of the constitution. 

25 senators voted in favor of his ouster.

NOMINATED SENATOR ISAAC MWAURA LOSES HIS SEAT

Jubilee Party has expelled the embattled Senator who was nominated to represent Persons living Disability PWD. 

His seat was declared vacant by the speaker of the Senate regardless of the fact that he voted yes for BBI.

CRACKS ON ORANGE PARTY WIDENS AS PLOT TO REMOVE ORENGO FROM MINORITY LEADER GAINS MOMENTUM.

There is a huge crisis in the ODM party as some members are plotting to remove minority leaders and Siaya County Senator James Orengo from the seat. This comes weeks after Rarieda MP Hon. Otiende Amolo was removed from the JLAC (Justice and Legal Affairs Committee ) seat.

Rarieda lawmaker was apparently removed from the JLAC seat because of his stand on BBI on the issue of allocation of 70 new constituencies. He said the main aim of BBI was to get a Raila presidency. Hon Amolo was replaced by Ruaraka Mp Hon TJ Kajwang.

BBI PASSES THE THIRD READING

Kenyan Parliament 

The Parliament today they have passed the constitution of Kenya amendment bill 2020 or the  #BBIBill. The next step will be to go to the president. But since it's a popular initiative with or without parliament approval still, it would have gone to the referendum. 

However, seven petitions were merged into one and no one knows how long it would take in courts. The IEBC is halted from doing any referendum preparations by the courts pending hearing and determination.

If the court rules in favor of the petitioners we may not have the referendum, but if it is otherwise we shall have a referendum around July or August.

Whichever way it plays out it is important to know that the final decision will be made on the ballot.

Gospel musician Embarambamba was almost hit by a motorbike Video!!

 

Embarambamba was almost hit by a car when he was doing his theatrics on the busy Nairobi highway. Some people on social media are calling for his arrest because of breaking traffic rules.

Kenya Film & Classification Board  (KFCB) chair  Dr. Ezekiel Mutua said earlier on that Embarambaba is a danger to himself and should stop all the drama and theatrics in the name of looking for money.

Manchester United vs Liverpool Game Postponed #MUNLIV

The game that was to kick-off at 16:00 Hrs EAT was postponed after Man United fans caused huge chaos matching to Old Trafford stadium chanting #GlazersOut. The is a heavy police presence in and around the stadium with a police chopper patrolling the air. There is no official communication from FA or Old Trafford. The fans are protesting the ownership of the club and European super league #ESL
